J: Greetings, people! Welcome our food blog. This is our little part-time project to bring you good folks the types of glorious food porn that will cause you to hate us later, and we could think of no better dish to begin with than pho. Amy’s appears to embrace the classic, unaltered flavor, but I enjoy a little spice. Call me over-ecstatic, but even after having my choice of any dish in many a kitchen, nothing quite is as much of a tastegasm as a bowl of pho. Food is not just as simple as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food is culture, food shows history, food brings people who have never had anything else in common together around a single table. Food is humanity.
A: Hello hello! Josh and I have been thinking about the possibility of creating a food blog for the past month, and it has finally launched! We are excited to share our food adventures to all you lovely people: whether you’re a serious food lover or simply a curious individual. We hope that this blog will inspire you to be as open-minded about trying foods as we are (more or less)! This time, I chose to take the traditional route because I figured that adding condiments and spices would be a bit overwhelming, but no, I was wrong! I tried Josh’s spicy broth, and it was actually quite refreshing. Pho, especially added with Sriracha sauce, will help clear sinuses. If you do not enjoy spicy food, I find that the traditional broth is just as flavorful!
